Walking in these takes skill of which I have very little.
Not all brides can or will walk in high heels down the aisle. I personally love kitten style or low heels because I get a little lift with stability. Since I don't wear heels in my daily life, I would literally be a walking disaster in an oversized dress. The modern women whose feet enjoys the comfort of sneakers or elegant flats everyday may want to avoid high heels for their special day. Focus on how fabulous your groom and guests look, not whether you'll make it down the aisle without spraining an ankle!

I especially like slingbacks or ankle straps over women's hard backs shoes. If you found your ultimate, hard back wedding shoes and are worried about blisters, many shoe stores have spongy backing that hides in the back of your shoe. These have worked pretty well for me.
